In addition, as a consultant, Rachana offers content and narrative consulting, media training, and communications strategies for clients across industries. With over 23 years of experience, Rachana previously served at The Times of India Group \u2013 the world\u2019s leading publishing house in the media response division.<\/p>

She has also led the Mumbai Division at IPAN (now H+K Strategies) \u2013 The Resource Centre (TRC), a research division of India\u2019s leading PR and Communications Agency. TRC tracks and analyses over 500+ publications of India. Deep analytics and media strategies get crafted basis the findings of TRC.<\/p>

She also served as the Business Manager at Mediascope Integrated, India\u2019s leading custom publishing house. Mediascope also represents over 200+ International Media in India. At Mediascope, Rachana was associated with India\u2019s leading Retail Mall customer loyalty program and published dedicated magazines, newsletters, and periodicals for communities.<\/p>

Rachana has also spent several years in global news distribution and managing domestic and international press releases. She led the Mumbai branch of India\u2019s leading newswire, Business Wire India, and after that moved to play a pivotal role in setting up PR Newswire in India.<\/p>

She is a Commerce & Economics Graduate from Mumbai University in 1996, with a Diploma in Public Relations and Journalism from Xavier\u2019s Institute of Communications (XIC) Mumbai in 1998. Rachana also participated in the Executive Education Program at ITM Management College and attended Digital Marketing Training at Columbia-Emeritus Management School US in 2018.<\/p>
